Welcome to Cosmic Soul Rising. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of my offerings, including 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops, digital products, and courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

• For payment plans, you are committing to the full payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the program or legal action for unpaid balances.

• Payment plans are automated and must be set up via the provided payment processor at checkout.

2. Payment Plan Agreement

• If you select a payment plan, payments will be automatically charged on the agreed-upon dates.

• If a payment fails, you must update your payment details within 5 days to avoid service disruption.

• If multiple payments fail and no resolution is made, access to content or sessions may be revoked.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• For 1:1 Sessions:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• For Group Programs & Digital Offerings:

• Access is granted upon purchase, and there are no refunds or cancellations once you have received program materials.

• Live sessions that are part of a group program cannot be rescheduled if missed.

4. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

• My services are designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, and energetic alignment.

• I do not offer medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. My offerings are not a substitute for therapy or professional healthcare.

• By participating, you take full responsibility for your own emotional and energetic well-being.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, including workbooks, meditations, videos, courses, and session recordings, are for your personal use only.

• You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

• Any unauthorized sharing or duplication will result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality

• For 1:1 sessions: Everything discussed remains strictly confidential.

• For group programs: You are expected to respect the privacy of all participants. Any information shared within a private group setting must not be disclosed outside of that space.

7. Course & Program Access

• For digital courses and workshops, access details will be provided upon payment.

• I reserve the right to update or remove content as needed.

• If an offering includes ongoing access, this does not mean lifetime access. I reserve the right to retire or update programs at my discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results arising from your participation in my offerings.

• By purchasing, you agree not to hold me liable for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes.

9. Agreement

By purchasing any service, program, or digital product from Cosmic Soul Rising, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
